Scribo Form Manager stores all of your blank forms and completed form data on a PC. No changes are required to your forms - and you don't need to make electronic versions. Simply import your form image "As-Is" and you are ready to go. Scribo Form Manager also lets you manage users, control form versions, and generate reports.

Scribo works simply by importing an image of the form and you can immediately start writing or drawing. Scribo Form Writer (running on the PDA) provides pan, zoom, and different pen colors make it easy to write or draw anything including notes, sketches, and signatures. When complete, the form data is sent from the PDA back to the PC for easy reporting and data storage. Only the data is sent and not the original form image to minimize the storage space required.

Scribo Form Manager requires Scribo Form Writer (Express or Pro), which runs on the PDA and is sold separately. The Express version of Scribo Form Writer requires a direct connection between the PDA and PC. The Pro version allows the PDA to connect to the PC through a network and includes a site license for the PDA software.
