Listen to AOL Radio and XM satellite radio broadcasts
The AOL Radio is an application that will allow AOL Members to listen to AOL Radio Featuring XM. Now you can listen to your favorite AOL and XM Satellite Radio stations on AOL Radio as often as you want!

You can log into AOL Radio with your free AOL account, Apple .Mac or AIM account. You can have presets (up to 10) for your favorite stations or use the handy search to find new music.

Main features of AOL Radio 2.0 Beta 1:

  • Currently supporting 10 presets with 5 available presets on the player window. Right-click or Control-click to set one of the 5 presets or you can go to the Controls menu item.
  • Favorites & Local Channels panes will be available in a future beta release.


    Requirements of AOL Radio 2.0 Beta 1:

  • iChat status updates require 10.3 or higher
  • 10 MB of free HD space
  • 256MB RAM


    NOTE: AOL Radio 2.0 Beta 1 requires Mac OS X 10.5.2 or later and does not officially support narrowband connections, but will deliver low bit-rate streams to dial-up customers. Additional features will be released during the beta cycle.

    What's New in This Release:

  • Support for 10 preset stations; use the menus or hold down the Option key to access presets 6-10.
  • Removed references to XM Radio. On April 30, 2008, the partnership between AOL and XM will end. At that time, XM Radio channels will no longer be available via the AOL Radio player.
