You have used other browsers before using Safari. And Safari doesn't include a function for importing another web browser's settings except for bookmarks.
Bookmarks store lots of things useful. When you use Safari as you browser, you can import those bookmarks from other browsers to Safari.
Import Bookmarks to Safari from other browsers
Using these steps you can know how to import bookmarks to Safari from other browsers.
Step 1. Start Safari and Click File menu.
After you've launched Safari, you can click File on the top of toolbar. From the drop-down list, you click Import Bookmarks.

Step 2. Find Bookmarks on the browsers.
In the new window you'll need to find where the bookmarks are stored. For example, Firefoxes bookmarks are usually stored in the Application Support files, something like /Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/Your Bookmarks. Once you've found the file, select it and click "Import".

Notes: If you can't find them, your browsers help files should point you in the right direction. You also might have to choose to export your bookmarks from the other browser before being able to select them to be imported into Safari.
Step 3. Import Bookmarks from other browsers.
After all has been done, you can import Bookmarks from other web browsers and imported bookmarks appear in the following bookmarks.
