It was meant to: · Compare original audio (.wav files) with processed audio and see the effect of EAX and SVM,... · See the difference between MIDI - and real instruments. Why 'audio--checker'? Because when you see music as sounds over time, you have a surface: one direction is time, other is 'frequency'. If you strike a note on a piano you will get a clear line in time. Playing melodious music gets you vertical lines of the harmonics. |
