Banteng - Build native desktop applications
Banteng is a cross platform visual javascript for building native desktop applications

The heart of Banteng is Mozilla's Rhino project, a Javascript implementation written in Java. As of the initial release, all scripts executed by Banteng are run under the Rhino Shell.

What's New in This Release:

  • reorganized library naming conventions
  • use Program API to launch browser from demo
  • added support for FormAttachment to BantengForm object
  • examples now run as standalone processes without modification
  • updated engine to SWT 3.1.1, Rhino 1.6R2, kXML 2.2.1
  • Mac OS X now uses standard command line parameters.
