Covenant Eyes 1.3.1The Covenant Eyes Accountability software provides Accountability through Monitoring for Internet Integrity. Covenant Eyes is designed to help Covenant Eyes Members (the people who use our software) learn how to explore the Internet free from the dangers, risks, and liabilities of Internet pornography. In the process a Member develops Internet Integrity. At the core of the Accountability program is the concept that a person will learn to be more careful and responsible surfing the Internet (gain Internet Integrity) if they know they are answerable or accountable for their Internet activity to one or more ‘other people.' These ‘other people' we refer to as Accountability Partner(s). Accountability Partner(s) are selected by the Member usually from among the people that they already know and trust (i.e. from among friends, a spouse, relatives, a pastor, a rabbi, etc.) at the time of Signup. Note that Members are charged a modest fee for the service, but the Accountability Partner(s) are charged nothing but their time and understanding. Covenant Eyes provides accountability for men, women, families, businesses, churches, or anybody who uses the Internet. There is no cost for the Accountability Partner, and the low monthly Covenant Eyes user's cost makes it a valuable tool for responsible Internet use. It is virtually impossible to circumvent the accountability provided by the program on a PC, and one of our goals for the Mac version is to make it as non-circumventible as the PC version. This is the reason it has taken so long to develop -- but we think you'll find it was worth the wait; it is extremely difficult to bypass.
