A software application that places a clock in your dock
Dock Clock places a clock in your dock. It is fully customizable. All you have to do is click and hold on the Dock Clock icon in the dock and select Preferences from the list that appears. 

Main features of Dock Clock:

  • Select your own pictures for the face of the clock
  • Aqua, graphite, and brushed metal (plus many more!) presets included
  • Planet view preset is included so that you can see the progress of the light and dark across the western hemisphere
  • Show/Hide face
  • Customizable colors
  • Thick/Thin border
  • Hourly alarms
  • Quick access to the Date and Time preference pane

    Analog specific:
  • Show/Hide Numbers
  • Numbers or Roman Numerals
  • Show/Hide the second hand
  • Show/Hide AP/PM
  • Hands/Moving dots
  • Bold hands option
  • Four or twelve tics around the face
  • Circular or square face

    Digital specific:
  • 12/24 hour time
  • Flashing time separators option
  • Show/Hide AM/PM
  • Show/Hide seconds

    Minimum Requirements:
  • Processor: 400 MHz G4 or Core Duo
  • Memory: 256 MB RAM
  • Disk: 11MB disk space

    Recommended Requirements:
  • Processor: 600 MHz G4/Core 2 Duo or better
  • Memory: 512 MB free RAM
  • Disk: 11MB disk space


    Limitations of Dock Clock:

  • Some features are disabled.
  • Nag screen

  • Enhanced the appearance preview to display all faces, not just the custom ones
  • Fixed two bugs that affected the enabled states of group boxes on the appearance window
