Make sure that you have Adobe Reader installed on your Mac OS X. Then you can start your Mac OS X.
In the Applications interface, you can search Adobe Reader and click OK so you can set it as your default PDF viewer.
Navigate to the page that contains the PDF file you wish to open and click on the link to that file. In the "Opening..." window that appears, click the "Open with" radio button. Check the "Do this automatically for files like this from now on." check box.

Now, you can use Adobe Reader to read PDF files on Mac. From the Adobe Reader application you then have the option to print or save the file to your local computer.
