FrostWire is a free and powerful peer-to-peer file-sharing program. The program is freeware, which means users can use FrostWire to download free music and allows users to share them with friends.
Though FrostWire program doesn't specifically allow CD burning, creating CDs from downloaded FrostWire music, there are several ways that you can burn downloaded music into CD.
At first, you should insert a blank, writable CD in the drive.

You click FrostWire icon or Start program to open FrostWire. And then you should click FrostWire button on the menu tab at the top left of your screen. From the drop-down list, you should click "Preferences."

In the pop-up window appearing, Click "Saving" in the left hand column. Then the window below pops up.
Click "Browse" below the folder area. In the another pop-up window you enter into, click the folder your blank CD in.
After all has been done, click "OK" to apply the changes. At this point, when you download a file, it will download directly into the burn folder of your CD burner.

Note: Any preferences that you change now, you might want to change back later, so make a note of the settings before you change them.
Now, you can download music using FrostWire you are interested in. You can search music according Title, Artist and Album and so on. Then music you search will display, double click the one you want to download.
Once they are completed, simply navigate to your CD drive by clicking on its icon to open the burn window. You will see the files that you will be burning. Click on "Burn CD," and your files will begin to write to the CD.
Tips: When your burner is complete, it will notify you with a pop-up window. Remember to reset your preferences in Frostwire back to your original saving folder.
You can navigate to the Saving folder that your Frostwire software saves your files to. You can do as step 2 and 3 if you are not sure how to do it.
Once you have opened that folder, put a blank, writable CD into your CD burner drive. A window will pop up asking you what you want to do with the blank CD. Tell it to open a window to view what is on the disc ("Open Finder" on Mac).

The window that opens is the folder that will hold your temporary files until they are burned to disc. Drag this folder to the side of your desktop so you can see both of the windows at one time.

You can do as step 4 above and save it into a defined folder.
Drag and drop music from your defined folder to the burn folder. Once all the files have been dragged over, click on "Burn CD."
