"I suddenly have forstwire opening on start up.... how do I stop it from doing this?" --- From macforum
Have you ever come across this same problem? How had you solved your problem? I find some methods to share with you.
Here are some ways, I hope they can be helpful to you.
1. Go to System Preferences, then click Accounts and select the username for whom FrostWire is opening automatically.
2. Click the Login Items "tab" and look for FrostWire in the list, click on FrostWire entry then click the minus button below the program list window.
1. If FrostWire icon is placed on your dock, you can control click it and select turn off at login.
2. Drag FrostWire folder from finder to the dock. Click and hold or right click to choose the option to 'open at login' is on the bottom of the Apps list, make it untick.
1. Open FrostWire.
2. Click "Frostwire" < "Preferences" on the menu tab at the top left of your screen.
3. Click "Advanced" < "System Boot" on the lefthand in the window that pops up.
4. Unmark on the frame Run on System Startup, then click OK.

by downloadatoz FrostWire is a fork of the LimeWire source code, and as such, it functions exactly the same. When you search for a file using FrostWire, you get results from LimeWire, and vice versa." |
