How to burn CD off LimeWire

Own CD you want by burning CD off LimeWire downloaded files.

Step1. Choose files to be burned to CD in LimeWire.

Locate where your downloaded LimeWire songs are saved to your computer. This will likely be one folder. If you aren't sure where your files are saved, go to the options/preferences menu, and you'll find the name and location of the folder holding these files.

Step 2. Burn CD off LimeWire.

LimeWire for Mac can't burn CD, you need a player to burn CD off LimeWire. As to players, you can try Windows Media Player or VLC Media Player. Here I'll take an example of Windows Media Plalyer.

• In Windows Media Player, click Library and then click List(in the List pane) and then click Burn List.
  Note: If you wish to clear the list before beginning, click Burn List, and then click Clear List.






• Drag a folder from the Contents pane or songs from the Details pane to the List pane to create a list of songs to burn.
  
  
• In the Burn list, drag songs up or down to arrange them in the order you want them to appear on the CD.
  
  
• Insert a blank CD-R or CD-RW disc in the CD drive.
  
  
• In the List pane, verify that the songs you have selected to burn will all fit on the disc. If necessary, remove songs from the list by right-clicking a song and then clicking Remove from List.
  

  Note - A song may not fit even if the total time exactly matches the CD length, because the Player inserts two seconds between songs when burning.

  

• Click the Start Burn arrow and verify that Audio CD is selected.
  
  
• Click Start Burn - As the CD is burning, you can check its progress in the burn list. Burning a CD will take some time.

After that, you can get a CD with files you want.
