Skype offers Mac users free WiFi
With the new version of Skype for Mac 2.8 released, the Mac user can log into for-pay WiFi access points and use your Skype credit to pay for it.
Free Wi-Fi Skype Access for Mac Users Only, feature that lets you connect to Boingo's Wi-Fi networks and surf the web. Normally you would have to pay for your online browsing using Skype Credit, but Skype has come out to announce a great offer – free surfing.

Skype Access, which lets you pay for WiFi on Boingo's networks using your Skype credit—Skype is giving away 10,000 minutes of said Skype Access, just for Mac users.
Unlike most pay systems, which charge hourly or daily rates, you'll pay for only the time you use. As long as the service provider is compatible with Skype Access, you won't need to register for any other service.
Note: Skype 2.8 will recognize compatible hotspots, sign you in, and the credit is deducted automatically from your Skype account.
Taking advantage of the deal is pretty simple: Make sure you’re running
Skype 2.8 for Mac; then, find a compatible Wi-Fi hotspot and connect to the Boingo network.
