MOV is the format used for media that is opened in QuickTime player. Because the MOV files are specific only to QuickTime, Windows Media Player cannot directly play MOV files on Mac.

If you want to play MOV files with Windows Media Player, you must convert the MOV files to the formats that Windows Media Player supports, like WMV.

steps:

Open the browser and go to the shareware website to download the convert program, like Imtoo MOV Converter, then install it.

Run the convert program and add the files to convert
