However, if you want to play DVDS with Windows Media Player for Mac, you need to set something. You have two methods for playing DVDS with Windows Media Player for Mac.

One method:

To play DVDs using the Windows Media Player, you must have a DVD-ROM drive, and either a software or hardware DVD decoder installed on your computer. This is a simplest way.

The other method:

If you want to play DVD's with the Windows Media Player, following this:

Run Regedit

Go to Setting

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ MediaPlayer \ Player \ Settings

Creating a new string

Create a new string EnableDVDUI.

Click OK, the next time you start the Media Player, you can do a File / Open DVD.
