Game of Life was invented by the Cambridge University (now at Princeton) mathematics professor John Conway. His "rules" were first published in the October 1970 issue of Scientific American. Life is likely the most frequently programmed computer game. What does our application have that's better than the others... a great icon! And that's about it. This application allows you to set up cells and then watch what happens as they follow the rules of the game through multiple generations. There are a few built in designs as well as the ability to save and reload your own.
