Simple to use backup and restore tool for Mac OS X. iBackup is a simple to use backup/restore utility for scheduled backups of files, folders, applications and your system preferences like the dock, deskop picture, time settings, firewall, bluetooth and system applications like AddressBook, Mail, Stickies, iChat, iTunes and more. iBackup lets you edit these preferences settings and add your own. Note: iBackup is for free and for personal use only! Main features of iBackup:

Profiles / Backup sets:
iBackup is able to handle different sets of backups, they are called profiles in iBackup
Make, edit and delete as many profiles as you need
Set different options for every profile
Scheduled backups:
Tell iBackup to run scheduled backups daily or weekly of the selected profiles

Tell iBackup to connect to a server (afp or smb)
Run a script before and/or after a backup
Add the current date to the backup folder name
Set a maximum of backup folder in the specified path
