iTele - Watch/record digital TV
iTele is a Mac OS X application that allows you to watch and record Digital TV (including HDTV) on your Mac. It works with the hardware drivers found here.

iTele currently defaults to using MPlayer to do the playback of MPEG streams, but there are many more features available if you use the internal display code (however, it doesn't work on every Mac yet). Check out the forums for updates and help.

Requirements:

  • Supported digital TV tuner PCI card or USB box
  • The Mac driver for your card (see MMInputFamily).


    What's New in This Release:

  • Fixed many bugs on Intel.
  • Implemented External Displayer preferences box.
  • Using ffmpeg with Intel SIMD optimisations now that they compile on Mac OS X.
