Create personalized QuarkXPress documents to use for mail and merge
JoLetter provides personalization of QuarkXPress documents. Perfect for mail and merge.

JoLetter is able to create personalized documents similar to many word processors like MS Word. The data are supplied by ASCII files with tab separated entries. Most available database and spreadsheet applications are able to export their data in that way.

JoLetter features advanced functions for high quality mailings like automatically removing of empty lines, and intelligent adding of spaces. With JoLetter, even images can be personalized.

  • Multiple rows of data on one page
  • Automatic removal of empty lines
  • Automatic insertion of spaces (if necessary)
  • Support for pictures.

    What's New in This Release:

  • Data fields can contain Tabs or multiple lines of text. In that case the field content must be enclosed by quotation marks.
  • Additional print style "Document" for printing. In that case the printing setttings of the template are used.
