Logic Preset Converter 1.0

Logic Preset Converter helps you convert your AudioUnit presets files.
This free utility allows you to quickly and easily convert AudioUnit preset files between the standard .aupreset format and the proprietary format used by Logic Audio 5.5.x. (Logic 6 and above no longer use the proprietary format.).

After launching the application, a window will appear containing the message "Drag files into this window to convert." To convert files, just drag files from the Finder or elsewhere into this window. Alternatively, you can choose the "Convert" item from the File menu. A standard open file panel will appear where you can select multiple files to convert.

Files that are in .aupreset format will be converted to Logic format (with a ".pst" extension), and vice versa. The types of files in a single conversion operation can be mixed. The output file for an individual conversion will be saved in the same directory as the source file. The file will have the same name, but the extension will be changed. If there is already a file in the output directory with the same name, that file will be overwritten.
