Sememu - POSIX semaphores for Mac OS X
Sememu provides a POSIX (IEEE 1003.1) compliant semaphore interface for Mac OS X. This makes it possible to use functions such as sem_init(), sem_wait(), sem_destroy(), and sem_post() on Mac OS X systems.

Sememu includes funtions that emulate POSIX semaphores on a Mac OS X system
using the "native" Carbon semaphores.

NOTE: Sememu is licensed and provided under the Attribution Assurance License.
