Sonnet Firmware Updater 3.1

Sonnet Firmware Updater - Installs the Sonnet Firmware Updater and Sonnet Firmware Remover applications
Sonnet Firmware Updater installs the Sonnet Firmware Updater and Sonnet Firmware Remover applications to your computer's Mac OS X Applications folder.

Sonnet Firmware Updater will install the firmware patch that is necessary to support Encore/ZIF (700 MHz and faster) and various Encore/ST processor upgrades in the listed compatible computers.

Sonnet Firmware Updater will read the onboard ROM of a New World PowerPC based PowerMac G3 or G4, patch it, and reprogram the ROM. A companion application called Sonnet Firmware Remover will remove the patch.
