Open source utility that allows you to write and open RTF files and save them as PDF files
vPDF is a text editor that can save the content as a PDF document. vPDF can also read existing .rtf documents and render them in the editor. These can then be saved as PDF meaning that this is also a converter from RTF to PDF format.

Requirements:

Java Runtime Environment version 5.0 or later
